Adames Solutions LLC Effective date: September 27, 2026
1. The Service
Adames Solutions LLC ("we", "us"), organized under the laws of New York, operates internal tools ("the Service") that schedule and publish videos and posts to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts owned or managed by Adames Solutions LLC, including the "Smerling Credito" brand accounts, and that automatically reply to comments and messages people send to those accounts. The Service is not offered to the general public.
2. Authorized use
Only persons authorized by Adames Solutions LLC may use the Service, and only to connect accounts they own or are authorized to manage. By connecting an account you confirm that you have that authority.
3. Your responsibilities
When using the Service you agree to:
- Comply with the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines, Meta's Terms and Community Standards, and all applicable laws.
- Publish only content you own or have the rights to use.
- Not use the Service to publish spam, misleading, illegal or harmful content.
4. Platform permissions
The Service acts on connected accounts only through the official TikTok and Meta APIs and only within the permissions granted by the account owner. Content is published with the privacy settings and options chosen by the account owner before publishing. Access can be revoked at any time as described in our Privacy Policy (https://adamessolutionsllc.com/privacy). People who interact with our accounts can ask us to delete their data following https://adamessolutionsllc.com/data-deletion
5. Availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. Publishing depends on third-party platforms whose availability and rules are outside our control.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adames Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for content removed, restricted or not published by third-party platforms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or end access to the Service for anyone who violates these terms or the platforms' rules.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States.

2. Uso autorizado

3. Tus responsabilidades
Al usar el Servicio aceptas:

- No usar el Servicio para publicar spam ni contenido engañoso, ilegal o dañino.
4. Permisos de las plataformas
El Servicio actúa sobre las cuentas conectadas solo a través de las APIs oficiales de TikTok y Meta, y solo dentro de los permisos otorgados por el titular de la cuenta. El contenido se publica con la configuración de privacidad y las opciones que el titular elige antes de publicar.
